This summer like every summer has been a bit brutal to my skin. With the harsh sun, sun spots, skin drying out, and more visible wrinkles on my forehead, of course, I had to get back on my skincare grind and find something to help. I’m always looking for new products to add to my skincare routine, and I recently discovered Iope Plant Stem Cell Cream.

Iope is a Korean skincare brand that focuses on skin diagnosis, effective plant ingredients, and safe and differentiated biotechnology. I’ve used Korean skincare products before and have always been a fan, so I had a feeling I would be a fan of Iope as well. This particular Iope Plant Stem CellCream helps with early anti-aging signs. In case you didn’t know, the sun is the number one factor of visible aging of our skin! I know! Sucks because I love being out and about in the summer in NYC, especially because it’s so short.

The first thing I liked about the Iope Plant Stem Cell Cream was the minimalist packaging. I love packaging that’s not too cluttered and very easy to read which I think they did a good job in doing. The price for the cream is $60. I think it’s a fair price since you dont really need to use a lot of the cream. I have a feeling the container I have will last me about a year.

The cream itself is heavy and very moisturizing, so you definitely don’t need to use a lot, especially in the summertime. The main ingredient in the cream is a plant called Samphire. Samphire has Vitamin C which promotes healthy and young-looking skin by fighting off skin-damaging free radicals. Skin-damaging free radicals speed along the skin aging process. It also helps  Vitamin C helps encourage collagen production.

I’ve been using the cream on my face and neck for about a month, both in the mornings and evenings. Every time I apply the cream, it feels as if my skin is craving it. I’ve seen drastic changes to the plumpness of my skin, almost as if it’s it’s giving me back the skin elasticity my skin might have lost in the past. I’ve also noticed a progressive reduction in my forehead wrinkles. Because of how radiant and nourished my skin has been lately, I haven’t felt the need to wear any foundation this summer. There is a bit of fragrance in the cream which I usually am not a fan of, but the scent is very light and I haven’t any kind of irritation from the cream.

Iope Plant Stem Cell Cream is a product that I will be keeping in my skincare routine. I’m curious to see the wonders it will do for my skin in the winter time. FYI I’m not wearing any makeup in these images. I wanted you to see my skin as it truly is.
